Registering a Limited Company for Rental Property

​

We work with an online property investment platform. Through this platform, investor who wants to hold investment property via a limited company, can use the platform to open the company, open its business bank account as well as bookkeeping, filing account and tax returns. All the rental income and expenditure of the company will be recorded automatically on the platform. At the end of the company's financial year, the platform will then generate the company account and file the tax return for you.
